SAN BERNARDINO: Falling deeper into poverty
Tate Brown and Tammy Whethers live in San Bernardino out of sheer desperation. They could no longer pay the $900 monthly rent on their Redlands apartment and in August moved to a crime-ridden neighborhood in east San Bernardino.
